Kid Quest strives for quality care and we understand that it begins with the dedicated Early Childhood caregivers we have in our facilities.  Our staff is required to have:

• Criminal Clearance Check
• Abuse and Neglect Clearance Check
• Drug Screening test/checks
• CPR & First Aid certified
• Physical and TB test (every 2 years)
• Early Childhood training hours per licensing regulations per year
• 18 years old age with a high school diploma
• 17 years old with 1 year of Early Childhood high schools classes (must have documentation, and school papers to be filled out)
• Be a positive, creative, encouraging, nurturing, flexible, dedicated, and a TEAM player is a must
• A degree in Early Childhood or Child Development is mandatory for teaching our 4 year old Preschool Program
